Ionvel keeps this simple: we collect only what you send us through the contact form, we use it only to reply to you, and we never sell it. This page explains the details.
What we collect
- What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company (if you add it) and your message.
- Your IP address and basic browser details, recorded in our web server's logs like on most websites, and used to stop the form from being flooded with messages. We use them only to keep the site running and secure, and the logs are deleted after about two weeks.
- Two small cookies that keep the form secure (a session cookie and a security token). They are needed for the site to work and are not used for tracking.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we don't build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
We use your contact details and message only to reply to you and to talk with you about the work you asked about. We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing email.
Who else handles it
We don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own use. We run this site on our own server with a cloud provider. Apart from that, it is handled only by the service providers that serve the site's fonts and deliver our email, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages stay in our email for as long as we need them to talk with you and keep normal business records. If you'd like yours deleted, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you've sent us at any time. Email us and we'll take care of it, usually within a few business days.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
